Front squat 3, 3, 3, 3, 3.
Push jerk 3, 3, 3, 3, 3.

Bar must start from the ground, complete 3 front squats followed by 3 push jerk, if the bar is dropped between exercises set must be started again, continue until you complete 5 sets unbroken.

Rest as required between sets.
