  11. oh man I thought it said 30 double unders on the board!!!! doh! Was whipping myself even more than necessary!

    Well anyhow…

    30 Double Unders….
    6 KTE & 6 Pullups (purple bands)

  12. dropped down to 120kg on deadlifts after first round due to tight back as rx’d for rest – 5 rounds + 3 deads. Good to see everyone again. Waz had a good time hasn’t stopped complaining all the way back to Coffs.
