At CFX

Complete 5 rounds, 1 round constitutes 3 cycles of the following. Rest 2 minutes, increase load each round.
5 Dead lift
5 High hang power cleans
5 Front squat
5 Push Jerk

Post loads and total time to comments.

  1. so do you have to do these excercises 3 times before you get a 2 minute break? making it 15 times each excercise per cycle?

    4rds as rxd – 5th rd I rested a couple of times, oh well!

  17. That WOD was pretty tough- my forearms are roasted…

    20kg, 25kg, 30kg, 30kg failed- dropped back to 25kg, 5th round i did at 25kg failed the first attempt- got it on the 2nd try.
