Is the thruster done with 45kg total or 45kg in each hand?

Fran is done with 45kg total load.
The idea is to go as fast as you can with full range of movement. Sub 4min is elite.
Yeah, definitely won’t be getting it done in sub 4. Maybe closer to 10.
