Just what could it be about perusing things through somebody else’s eyes that gives you such a good perspective? There are some great brain food blogs available and I feel like I just now had a nice helping here going through yours. Interestingly, Bing brought me here while i had been working on conditioning and health related research. It’s always a pleasure browsing through and I do hope you keep things up. Thank you!
CFX is a team of Coaches brought together by a belief in the Foundations and Principles of CrossFit. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.
We believe that everyone is an athlete. We work to increase your athletic ability by utilizing constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running, executed at high intensity. We will help you reach your goals by increasing the 10 physical skills of an athlete including: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Whether starting from step one or improving an already elite athlete our programming can help you achieve success.
I just wanted to write and thank you on behalf of the fighting fit nurses for all your support and phone calls during the challenge. We also wanted to thank you for the training day yesterday with the commando—even though we now cannot walk—we had a fantastic day and Steve was very genuine and supportive—so a BIG thanks to you and your team for making it all happen...I hope to talk to you again one day...

There are so many excellent ways to exercise the abdominal muscles. Some of these exercises only take a few minutes a day. Keep up the good posting.
