  21. There are so many excellent ways to exercise the abdominal muscles. Some of these exercises only take a few minutes a day. Keep up the good posting.

  22. Just what could it be about perusing things through somebody else’s eyes that gives you such a good perspective? There are some great brain food blogs available and I feel like I just now had a nice helping here going through yours.
