Hi Crossfitters,
“Anyone who wanted to attend but missed out” to do the CrossFit Level 1 Certification Seminar – 21 – 22 Nov 2009 in Sydney at CrossFit Effects 2 Production Ave Kogarah, well now there is a spot available. I have made full payment to confirm my attendence and all I would expect is the same payment. If anyone interested plz let me know asap.
In a physical game in tough conditions (windy) the boys and I in the forwards muscled up yesterday and really put our stamp on the game. So much so that we even won the ball against the feed in the scrum with one man missing (10 mins in sin bin for rucking off the ball) by driving them back off it. AWESOME!!
This set us up for a great win (27-5) to put us into the finals. It’s a rest day today and our next game is on Thursday against the British Army. That will be a tough game but we’re up to it as we’re really playing into the tornament. I see more muscling up in my future.
It’s an elinination final so once again it’s do or die but when we win that we are in the hunt for a medal.
I’m even more bruised and battered – I look a bit like a dalmation – but still standing. Thank god for Crossfit. I’m hard, my core is strong and I’m throwing guys up in the lineout like they weigh nothing. I’ve got a great bruise on my shoulder from a guy trying to smash me in a tackle from the kick-off but he just bounced off and I ran away with the ball – he’s got to be hurting from that – Hahaha
Thanks for the support guys – I’ll try and catch up soon.

I just wanted to say a BIG THANKS for training me for the past 9months. I am now in the best shape I have ever been in. It has boosted my confidence in so many areas especially when I am constantly complimented by family and friends who have noticed the changes in such a short amount of time.
