Complete as many double unders in 10 minutes as possible.
Rest 5 minutes
Row 2km using the tabata protocol, row as many intervals as required.
(20 seconds work – 10 seconds rest)

  5. News from the World Masters Rugby.

    We defeated the team from Chile 43-13. A few silly penalties late in the second half let them back into the game but we still lead the pool at this stage. Our next game is against the second placed team at 2pm today so that should sort the placings out.

    Saw the British Army team in action – the later we meet them the better I say.

    Atrition rate is high. One team, from a squad of 30 is down to 19, after 1 days play so they can’t front a full team of 22. They are going to find it tough going.
