Wounded Warrior

Workout 1
As many rounds as possible in 10 mins
4 Thrusters 40kg (25kg)
8 SDHP 40kg (25kg)
12 KB Swing 24kg (16kg)

Workout Two
Conduct 2 hours after first WOD
21 – 15 – 9 for time:
Pull ups
Power clean and jerk 40kg (25kg)
Run 200m

15 minute time limit. If not completed in time required record completed reps and metres.

There will be no CFX classes this morning due to the Wounded Warrior.

All competitors must be at CFX for registration at 0700.

Competition starts at 0800.

    First wod hurt like he’ll and second one wasn’t much more chop.

    Thanks to Mick & Steve and CFX crew for a great day. To Helen and Sharif for counting for me, the guys for all yelling at me (Especially you Obi Wan I could hear you over everyone lol!) and to Mils for throwing me into the mix!

  18. Thanks to all at CFX, for putting on a great event. We had a ball, and loved being part of the positve spirit of the Crossfit community. The work outs were fantastic and well programmed and we cant wait to compete again. Looking forward to Newcastle and catching up with everyone again.
