    Really enjoyed this WOD. Subbed Ring Dips and Pullups for MUs (No Bands on Dips – Yay!)

    Plus 1 x 40kg Power Snatch (Granted not a pretty one, but still 1 …. Ha Ha!)

    Pushup Challenge Day 1 = 1 Pushup !!! …. and so it begins ……
